Microsoft plans to integrate new systems on LinkedIn

According to Social Media Today, Microsoft has revealed some details as to how the company plans to integrate LinkedIn’s data into their services. This is the first real steps they have taken since the software giant acquired the social networking company for $26 Billion in June last year.

So what can users expect?

The biggest announcement is that Microsoft is adding the ability to view LinkedIn profiles within Microsoft apps and services as seen below.

“Sales Navigator with Dynamics 365 will dramatically increase the effectiveness of salespeople by tapping into their professional networks and relationships, giving them the ability to improve their pipeline,” writes Scott Guthrie, Microsoft Cloud and Enterprise Group executive vice president on The Official Microsoft Blog.
